This deposit secures your booking and allows us to begin preparing your property. Final pricing may vary based on your total guest count and any selected add-ons.

All add-ons must be selected and paid upfront along with your deposit. This helps us plan ahead and shop for anything needed in advance.

You’ll be able to choose these on the booking form — your selections will be included in the initial payment request.

🛒 Grocery Costs

Want your groceries delivered and stocked before you arrive? Here’s how it works:

1. Send your grocery list here (typed or uploaded) at least 48 hours before check-in

2. We’ll text you a rough grocery total based on your list

3. Grocery shopping happens only after the estimate is paid along with your remaining package balance

4. You’ll get a photo of the final receipt, and any small difference is due before delivery

✅ Remaining Balance

Your final 50% balance + grocery total is due before check-in.
We will text you the total the day before arrival to wrap things up.
