🚫 Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change — here’s how cancellations and refunds work at SPI Host Helper:
🕒 Cancellations
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will result in forfeiture of the deposit, as shopping and preparation may have already started.
🛒 Grocery-Related Refunds
If groceries have already been purchased, you will be charged the full grocery total, regardless of cancellation.
We’ll provide a copy of the receipt for transparency.
If delivery hasn't occurred, we’ll arrange for a pickup or donation of perishable items, depending on your preference.
📦 Add-On Refunds
Add-on payments (e.g., baskets, candles, flowers) are non-refundable within 48 hours of check-in, as these items are purchased and prepared in advance.
